Processing times

We need 1 day to process and prepare your order, depending on the number of products, and ship within Germany within 1-3 working days.

If you order before 12:00, we will ship the same day.

Shipping within the EU takes 5-7 working days.

Outside the EU, we require 7-14 working days for guaranteed delivery.

Shipping is via DHL and is insured.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Once your item has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number.

If you haven't received one or the tracking number isn't working properly, please contact us and we'll take care of it.
